Robert A. Rovner Senator Robert A. Rovner has enjoyed his role as Senior Partner in the Law Firm of Rovner, Allen, Rovner, Zimmerman & Nash, where he has a general practice specializing in Civil Litigation, as well as Criminal, Domestic, Social Security Disability, Worker's Compensation, etc. His office is located at 175 Bustleton Pike, Feasterville, Pennnsylvania 19053, not far from Northeast Philadelphia.In 1970, Rovner was elected the youngest State Senator in Pennsylvania history. He was elected as Delegate to the Presidential National Conventions in 1972, 1976 and 1988. After serving as President of all his classes at Temple University Law School and Temple Undergraduate School, Rovner was devoted to the community by serving as State Senator and Assistant District Attorney under Arlen Specter. He was called a hardworking and effective State Senator, and recognized as a civic leader and a man with a strong involvement in local charities. He serves as Southeast Pennsylvania's Regional Campaign Chair for Israel Bonds. Rovner also ran as a candidate to the U.S. Senate in 2000. Rovner has two grown sons: Steven, who graduated from the University of Pennsylvania and the University of Miami School of Law and now works in his law firm; and, Danny, who graduated from Temple University School of Law, and is a partner at the Post & Post law firm. Rovner hosts a talk show called "Senator Bob Rovner Talks to the Stars" every Friday in the Philadelphia area from 1:00 to 2:00 p.m. on WNWR 1540 AM. Click here to listen to last week's show. Bob and his co-host Councilman Frank Rizzo host another talk show every Saturday afternoon from 2:00 to 4:00 p.m. on WWDB 860 AM. Rovner currently serves on the Board of Trustees of Temple University. He has served as the President of The Northeast High School Alumni Association and was recently appointed by the Pennsylvania Supreme Court in 2006 to the Pennsylvania Fund for Clients Security.

Represent clients in many areas of law, with primary practice in Workers'
Compensation, in which I represent injured workers in work-related
accidents, and Domestic Relations or Family Law, including divorce, support,
custody, and adoptions. I enjoy helping people and always try to negotiate
the best and highest resolution for my client, in all areas of my practice. Hobbies: Tennis; bicycle riding, walking, movies, theater, basketball (76ers) and spending time with my family.
Jeffrey I. Zimmerman Senior litigation partner, Jeffrey I. Zimmerman is a 1979 graduate of the Dickinson School of Law and a graduate of the American Trial Lawyers Association National College of Advocacy. A native Philadelphian, he graduated Central High School in 1972 and received his undergraduate degree in sociology from LaSalle University in 1976. He has concentrated his practice in personal injury litigation for over twenty years, with a particular focus on major injury claims. He has successfully represented hundreds of injured persons for vehicluar accidents, premises liability, products liability and medical malpractice claims. Mr. Zimmerman brings to his practice a sensitivity for the human element of injury losses. He resides in a very boisterous home in Montgomery County with his wife of nineteen years, three active sons, two dogs and one cat. He is active in several charities, adult education, community theater, boating and photography. He believes in caring representation. His philosophy on the practice of law is summed up by saying, "If it's worth doing, it's worth doing right".
Eric S. Nash B.A. Penn State University J.D. Syracuse University College of Law, 1989 Member of Pennsylvania Bar since 1989 Partner Rovner, Allen, Rovner, Zimmerman and Nash Eric Nash has concentrated his practice of law in the area of workers' compensation for more than 11 years. His legal experience also includes domestic relations, personal injury and bankruptcy.

Robin Scolnick Ms. Scolnick received her Juris Doctor from Widener University School of Law
in 1997 and her B.A. in elementary education from Rider University (College)
in 1975. She is a member of the Pennsylvania Bar and the New Jersey Bar
specializing in Family Law. Ms. Scolnick is the proud mother of Jonathan, a
2000 University of Illinois graduate currently living and working in
Manhattan, NY area, and Sean, a college student studying music in New York.

Neil P. Greenberg Neil Greenberg joined our firm in Feb. 2004. He had previously been associated with a Center City firm for 25 years. Neil is a graduate of La Salle College and Widener University Law School. His practice includes various areas of litigation with emphasis on personal injury. Neil is licensed in Pennsylvania and New Jersey, including both State and Federal Courts. He has also in the past been specially admitted to handle certain matters in Delaware. During his quarter century of practice, Neil has had the opportunity to lecture on trial tactics at Widener University and he has been Court appointed to serve as a special mediator for the Philadelphia Court of Common Pleas. Neil is a member of the Million Dollar Advocates Forum, which is limited to trial attorneys who have achieved verdicts or settlements in the amount of one million dollars or more. He has recovered sums in excess of one million dollars in both Federal and State Courts, in Pennsylvania, New Jersey, and Delaware.

Anthony W. Ziccardi Anthony W. Ziccardi was born and raised in Pottstown, Pennsylvania. He is a graduate of St. Pius X High School (1985), Villanova University (B.A. 1989) and Thomas M. Cooley Law School (J.D. 1996). Prior to attending law school, Mr. Ziccardi worked as an independent claims adjuster for approximately six (6) years, conducting investigations for local law firms and insurance companies. Mr. Ziccardi was admitted to the bar in 1996, Pennsylvania; 1998, U.S. District Court, Eastern District of Pennsylvania. Mr. Ziccardi concentrates his practice in Complex Personal Injury Litigation, Professional Malpractice (Legal and Medical), Product Liability, Slips and Falls, Automobile Accidents, Premises Liability, Liquor Liability, Equine Accidents and Subrogation.
